From horse racing to horse riding on colorful palomino horses, grulla/grullo horses, dun horses of every color, R&B quarter horses has what it takes in speed events; such as, a roping horse,a reining horse,a barrel horse,a cutting horse; part of your dream come true. Our first quarter horse for sale was a Dash for Cash grandbaby, she'll be such a fine trail horse or pleasure horse while she begins a career as a futurity barrel horse. When we first started breeding horses for sale, we were very intrigued by the color of a grulla horse. We have been sending hair samples to UC Davis to help us in the assessment of color. Some genetics we are interested in are what it takes to make a grulla horse, a red dun horse or a plain dun horse. For a trail horse, we realize it doesn't matter what color the quarter horse is, but we are going for it all. We want sensible, happy well built horses and have decided it doesn't hurt to have spectacular color, as well.

Some of our broodmares lines go back to the great racing thoroughbred Raise a Native. They also include Dash for Cash, Hempen, world champion race horse Easy Jet, Peppy San Badger, Native Dancer, and a sprinkling of Doc Bar, Grey Badger II, Hancock, Three Bars and Go Man Go. We are crossing our fabulous broodmare bloodlines with millionaire, quarter horse stallions, such as Frenchman's Guy, Dash For Perks, and Judge Cash. We feel with the bloodlines we have choosen to go with,from a speed horse to a foundation quarter horse, will be a spectacular cross, for a all around, versatlity, nice trainable dispositions, performance and lots of speed, if that is the direction you choose to go.

We are a small operation here at R&B Quarter Horses, we feel if we only have a few horses to work with, they will have so much more hands on and thats what is important to us. So when the foals are ready to be weaned and go off to there new homes, we feel confident that they are more then ready to go, and we know they have been worked with daily, from grooming, bathing, haltering, leading, giving there feet when asked and also trailering.
